The Lauterbach Group’s new video promotes food-safe product packaging

The humorous campaign showcases the company's commitment to removing vulnerable food product touchpoints.

The Lauterbach Group, a label and packaging company located in Sussex, WI, USA, has released a humorous video titled “Just. Plain. Gross.” to underscore the importance of producing food safe product markings and draw attention to their systems and processes that ensure the food you eat is safe.

In 2015 alone, there have already been nearly 200 FDA-mandated food recalls, many due to improper packaging and labeling. Salmonella, listeria and food allergies are just some of the many food-related hazards that can effect consumers.

“Our group knows a product recall can have a long lasting effect on your brand and more importantly, the people that make your brand live. That’s why we work so hard to protect your product markings throughout our production process,” says Shane Lauterbach, president and CEO.

The Lauterbach Group is passionate about food safety – and goes above and beyond to ensure that the product markings they produce for the food industry are as sanitary as the food people consume. The company’s committment will be on display at the upcoming International Deli-Dairy-Bakery Association (IDDBA) Seminar and Expo in Atlanta, GA, USA, June 7-9.
